International Online Purchases: Refund & Exchange Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return online international orders.

Products must be in their original saleable condition — unworn, unwashed, with all swing tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged or worn.

All items are carefully checked before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as expected, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt.

How to Return International Orders

All international returns must be sent by post or courier directly to our Dublin address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of international return shipping, including any applicable customs duties or import fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure your items reach us safely, and keeping your proof of postage until your return is fully processed.

Processing International Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

For split payments (part gift card, part another method), the refund is first applied to the gift card, with any remaining balance refunded to your secondary payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 24 hours of approval, but please allow 5–10 working days for international banks and card providers to clear the payment.

International Exchanges

At present, we are unable to process direct exchanges for international orders due to shipping costs and stock availability.

If you require a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order online for your preferred item and returning the original item for a refund.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Underwear

Caps, hats, and masks (unless the tags are still attached and the packaging remains unopened and undamaged, unless the item is faulty)

Other exceptions:

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items

All items are checked before dispatch.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.

Once the item is returned and the fault confirmed, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs in addition to your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days of approval, please check with your bank or card provider, as international processing times may vary.

If you still haven’t received your refund after this, please contact our customer service team.

Extra Care When Trying On

When trying on items, please take care to avoid contact with makeup, fragrances, deodorants, or other products that may mark or scent the clothing.
